My Sd208 Has All Its Green Lights Flashing At The Same Time+no Internet Connecti

I have no internet connection Green lights are flashing @the same time.eveng though that the is not connection through its ports. to conect to the internet I have to plugh my computer direct to the modem, so there is a way to set up again my SD2088 8-Port 10/100 Switch router? Please help. Norah
