Problem Connecting To A Linkedin Customer

I have recently tried to log on or establish an account to allow me to connect with a friend who owns 'Dream Scapes Photography in Chesapeake, Va. Her name is Nacy Harrell. I have been unsuccessful in doing so. Can you assist me with this? Jimmy Walker
