Dvd Wont Eject Dvd Headrest

I have a 2012 Navigator with the Revolution Series Headrest DVD players. I believe their is a DVD in each individual headrest. When I power on each unit....neither seem to recognize a disc, nor will it eject, and neither will allow me to insert a disc. The person I'm buying the vehicle from....is certain his niece & nephew placed Disney movies in each and is hoping I can retrieve them.Can you tell me how to verify and manually eject the DVDs Thank-you Chris Golden [email protected]
