My Heater Is Only Blowing Cold Air. Is There Something I May Have Turned Off?

My heater is only blowing cold air. It was blowing heat but yesterday since it has gotten colder it is only blowing cold air. Perhaps I have something turned off that should be on? Does the Sync have anything to do with that?
