How Do I Adjust The Parking Brake Tension On My 09 Mks?

I replaced rear pads but have brake drag at slow speeds, there is an audible squeal. It also squeaks when backing up. I suspect that the parking brake needs adjusted but having trouble finding a manual to walk me through the process.  Any thoughts on accurate diagnosis or help with steps to adjust?
