Moonroof Adjustment

My moonroof on my 2006 Zepher no longer lines up. It drops down about 1/2" or more on the back side. I feel there must be a stop sensor that is no longer in the correct position but don't know where to look and how to adjust. Right now we just hit the stop button when we think it is in the correct position but would like to get it back to being automatic.
