How Do I Stop The Automatic Driver Seat Adjustment On A 2006 Lincoln Navigator?

I would like to disable the automatic adjustment for the driver seat whenever I open and close the driver door on a 2006 Lincoln Navigator. I would like to just be able to adjust it whenever needed.
