Check you owners manual under fuses it should show a picture of your fuse box along with a diagram of what each one controls, see if they show headlights listed. If not get a 12 volt test light and unhook one of your low beam headlights you turn lights on low beam and check for power, if both high and low beam light are in the same bulb you can switch from high to low beam and should have power on 2 separate wire if you do then its a bad bulb if not its probably a bad dimmer switch.
