Theres no dipstick as I'm sure you have already noticed. Its not really ment to be serviced by the vehicle owner and is called a "sealed" transmission by the factory. Its recomended to take to a dealership for service but what their tech does is check a weap hole that can be accessed by removing the right front tire. (Do this with the engine running and on jack stands so the vehicle is still level if you try it yourself) If fluid seaps out when the plug is removed then its full, if not then it needs to be added to. Fluid is added at a fill plug on the tailshaft housing (upper right hand side). You need to use a suction gun to ge the fluid up there. Im not going to lie, its a headache and the blame is on ford for wanting more of your money by making the job so much trouble you would rather pay to have it done. The missing dipstick serves absolutely no other purpose.

If you agree that the answer I provided is correct please remember to "accept" and/or mark it as "helpful" so I know I'm doing a good job. Thank you, I would really appreciate it.
