2001 Lincoln Ls My Message Board Says'fuel Computer Data Error'

There is a common problem where the cruise control switch will be short out and cause to fuse 10 under the dash to blow. Check this fuse and if it is blown, if so replace the brake pressure switch. This problem will cause the fuel computer error because it cannot read the fuel level from the cluster. It is located on the underside of the master cylinder. Otherwise you need to call dealership.
