The only real fix for blow-by is to rebuild the engine. You can buy yourself some time by using a heavier weight motor oil. 20W50 or even straight 40 weight oil will reduce the amount of engine blow-by for awhile. It will eventually get so bad that even straight 40 weight oil won't reduce the amount of engine blow-by.
