1. Fuel Pump Doesn't Run Upon Turning The Key On Without Cranking.
2. All engine pulleys including crankshaft pulley wheel turn upon cranking. 3. How can I tell if fuel pump is working other than listening? 4. Could manifold selenoid be problem? 5. Selenoid-Like part on the carburator buzzes and clicks when the key is turned on without cranking. I'm stuck, and I thank you for your response.
