Remote Range

My opener is six years old and has always worked fine. Today, suddenly both car remotes and the outside keypad stopped working. They will only work when held within six inches of the antenna wire. Batteries are NOT the issue, all were replaced. The issue seems to be with the antenna receiving the signal. Any suggestions????
