2007 Lexus SC 430 Support Question

Roof
Hi , I have problem with my roof that it's not working , and then we checked by the dealer the computer message and it says one of the motors is shut , so now I know that we should replace this part but while we tried to close the roof manually I think we cracked the 2 sides small part of the back seat which flip up and down during the operation of opening or close the roof .Any idea about what my issue

Check the fuses as the first course of action, next disconnect the battery ( ensuring you have any required radio or other codes first) and reconnect to see if it resets things.
