Unable To Copy Using Black Ink.
Only use as copier, not connected to computer.
Changed black ink cartridge.
Still does not copy in black.
Will copy in color.

Try to update the firmware of your printer but the printer needs to be connected to a computer for you to be able to update the firmware. Once you have connected it to a computer, just go to http://bit.ly/LXKFW to download the firmware update.
Also, try to perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, press on Setup > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.
