Possible Printerhead Problem On Lexmark Prevail Pro 705
CONTINUES TO PROMP THAT BLACK CARTRIDGE MISSING EVEN NEW ONE IS INSTALLED

Try to reseat the cartirdge then unplug/replug the power of the printer. Also, make sure that the firmware of your printer is up to date. Just go to http://bit.ly/ghfW8H to download the firmware update.
If your using a remanufactured/refilled cartridge, replace the cartridge with a genuine Lexmark cartridge.
