How To Clear The Print Queue

Click on the Windows logo start button.

Click on Control Panel on the right-hand side of the start menu contents.

Click on Hardware and Sound.

Click on Printers to open the folder containing your installed printer(s).

Double-click on your printer object (i.e. picture icon with the printer description/name).
This is the print queue. Any pending, or currently printing print jobs will be listed here.

Deleting print jobs from the print queue

Use steps 1-5 in the table above to access the print queue.
Delete all print jobs

Click on Printer in the toolbar and then click on Cancel All Documents,
or

Right-click in the print queue and select Cancel All Documents from the pop-up menu.

Delete individual print jobs

Highlight the individual job in the print queue by clicking on it.

Right-click on the highlighted job and select Cancel from the pop-up menu.
