Hotkeys

I bought this laptop expecting to be able to disable the hotkeys located where F1 - F12 should be without pressing Fn button. I just found out it's not possible with the Z500 model to have that option disabled on the BIOS. Or is there a solution? I would like to know it. Thank you

According to the thread below there's an option to disable/enable the function keys in bios. please, set it to disable so you won't have to press fn keys.
