Usually I would suggest running CHKDSK /R IF THAT CHOICE IS AVAILABLE TO CHECK AND REPAIR ANY HARD DRIVE FAULTS.
If you can run that , then once it has finished, allow it to restart, or, make sure it has finished and restart the pc, if it does not prompt you to.
If it still fails to run as it should , it can be worth invoking the F11 at startup, again , and doing another recovery.
If you have done a non destructive recovery , and your data is still on there, then I would sugget that you try recovering that by removing the hard drive, and connecting to another pc with a caddy ,http://www.amazon.co.uk/IT-735-Enclosure-External-Tool-free-Assembling/dp/B000V8KQE6/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1352567130&sr=8-7 or, a docking station, http://www.amazon.co.uk/NEWlink-USB-Docking-Station-SATA/dp/B001FB6WPK/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1352567130&sr=8-12 and saving your data before doing any more, at all.
The reason I have offered this is that if the hard drive has become faulty, you can purchase another hard drive and copy the whole of your hard drive to it with a small tool like partition wizard (the free version is adequate) With this you can copy the recovery partition and the working partition(s)to another hard drive and therby keep the data intact, if you wanted to.
I hope that information is useful, but I suggest you copy it to notepad for future use, in case.
Good luck
