Is The Video Card In The Lenovo H420 A Pci Express X 16 Card?

I just purchased a Lenovo H420. I noticed the video card in device manager says the card installed is the Intel HD Graphics family. If I were to install the PCI Express X 16 will that automatically replace the current video card, or do I have to go into the setup and disable the existing card.

Hi, I bought the same PC 2 months ago,, When I added a hd 6770, it automatically disabled the onboard graphics. You then download the latest drivers for your graphics card and your good to go.

and there is one pci x16 slot on your motherboard.
