Lenovo G585 Model Name 20137 Its Touch Pad No Workin

Please check if the touchpad is working in safe mode.

Restart computer tap F8 and select advance boot options.

Select safe mode and check.

If touchpad is not working in safe mode also, touchpad assembly needs replacement.
