If No Cmos Jumper On My Lenovo V570 Laptop How Do I Reset Power Up Password

I was informed that there Is no CMOS jumper on Lenovo v570 laptop. I was wondering if there is another way to reset the pup password as no one in our family has any idea what grandad set it as, and the computer is useless without getting around this. Thank you for your time bk
