Inoperable Zenith Dehumidifier.

The LED window displays 01 and the bucket full light blinks.  None of the control buttons make a difference.  Unplugging the unit and plugging back in causes a short startup of fan, then shutdown and return to blinking light and "01" display.  What to do?
