Not Aggitating
doesn't agitate during wash cycle. works fine for other cycles doesn't matter which type of load. becomes unbalanced alot with code UN.

I have been unable to identify the UN error code. However there is a UE discussed in the user guide downloadable here:

This states that the load is either too small or loaded unevenly, and the sensor in the machine detected the error, and stopped the agitator to protect the mechanics. Uneven running will destroy bearings in a very quick time. Check the wash loads according to the instruction book and see if that resolves your problem. If the machine has been in extensive use for a long time, there may be a mechanical problem but that would require the skills of an engineer.
