New Washer And Did 2 Separate Loads & In Each Load There Was A Stain Like Ink

The first load was towels alone, no new towels that would bleed. The second load was mixed with nothing that had pockets or any items to cause problem.  I would prefer not to have to pay $75 and take time off of work again for a service call on a brand new machine.  Any suggestions?
