Washer Requires To Be Unplugged Before Will Run.

Washer make/model: LG tromm WM2496HWM Problem: Having to either to unplug the washer from the wall or to turn off and back on the circuit breaker before able to start a load of laundry. Questions: I have replaced the circuit breaker and still having issue.  I discovered that unplugging the washer from the wall also resets (something) before running next load.   What could be the issue?  Thanks, Leonard
