Spray Nozzle In The Wm2487hwma

how much should the spray nozzle in the wm2487hwma spray into the tub?  Mine used to spray all the way to the back of the tub, but lately has only dripped out or sprayed half way in to the tub at most.  I have had 2 service calls and they are telling me that the water is not supposed to spray into the tub.
