Lg Wm2301hw Gray Drain Hose Replacement

My gray drain hose that comes off back of washer broke in halh while moving. I have access panel off back and the piece where the gray hose ends also has another gray hose the goes towards the front of the washer. But in order for the hose to come off u would have to cut this gray rubber piece that it is attached with seems to be like glued or something. I have no idea how to get this off I would think they would make it easier to replace this?? PLEASE HELP
