Why Won't My Lg Wm2233hw Not Power Up At All. The Display Is Dark, Not A Sound!

I discovered my washer display pitch black, machine is plugged in, circuit breaker is not blown but the clothes are sopping wet. I didn't get a code and it won't power up at all. I suspect it is the pcb main or pcb panel. I have power going into the main and going to the pcb panel but not a light or sound. What do I replace? Please don't tell me it is the whole washer, it is only 3.5 years old.
