Usb Connection Problems

only shows charging but mass not being active

pull down the notifications menu and tap the usb charging notification. It will take you to the usb pc connection menu and there is a box that needs to be unchecked so you have the choice of how to use the connection when you plug your phone up

Hi. Do you hoever see the USB icon on the notification bar of your phone? If yes, then pull the bar down > tap the USB notification > then tap "Connect as Mass Storage"...
