Electrical

Wired the the nuetral to nuetral bar and the ground to the ground the blk to one side of the breaker,and the red to the other side of thrv 220 breaker. AT the stove connected as the 4 wire says. Blk to blk ,red to red ,white to white , ground to ground. All lights etc. light up, but no heat.
