Lsc23924ss Slow Icemaker

I had LSC23924SS installed 3 days ago, after 12 hours it produced it's first batch of ice. Now 3 days later, it still has not been able to fill the ice bin, past half full. We haven't used any ice, except for throwing the first batch out. Line was flushed prior to connection. Is it normal for it to take so long to fill the ice bin on this model refrigerator? Any suggestions?
