Door Noise Sound Like I'm Breaking It Every Time I Open It

I have the side by side version of this and when i open the refrigerator portion of the door, it sounds like i'm breaking the whole thing off. I have looked at the top and bottom and i think there might be a washer or some sort of slide bushing that is missing. I'm trying to find a parts manual so i can see what shoukd be there.
