Ice Maker/dispenser

The ice makers cubes come out fused together so strongly they won't break apart and jam the dispenser. The dispenser has not worked well since we bought this. It ALWAYS grinds the cubes, on any setting. It can be very messy and has been the only frustration we have had with this unit.
