Microwave Fan

new...had tec out within 3 days...went out..he said i overheated  it...alot of steam,can't see inside don't hear any fan.  the tec said you should just hear the hummm ...i said i would watw till after the holidays...NEVER had a microwave go out or blow steam in your face whwn you open the door..he also said i should use the over the stove fan...never has to do that on the old one
