Hi! I Just Bought A Used Lg Ref 215l But Freezer Does Not Work After Transfer ?

Afterin bought the refrigerator from eBay, Itransferred it on the side travelled for 45 mins. Iletting it stand upright for three hours thenturned it on. Itturned on and it seems the freezer started to cool but after 3 minutes it totally turned off. The refrigerator at the bottom lights were remained on. No more doingd heard from the freezer was heard. How can I fix the problem?
