If you just recently bought it, try to return it for another model. If you have had it for awhile, you can try to have a repairman look at it. If you're getting snow or ice on aeverything, it either isn't sealing well or the unit on the back is not working correctly. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
Others problems: I have an LG LFD21860ST FRENCH DOOR counter depth refrigerator. I have been having problems with frost buildup on top part of the freezer. It looks as if it has 1 inch of snow all over the items. We have had service people come at least 5 or 6 times. They changed the whole unit at the back (twice), They cut the insulation at the back, but could not find anything wrong. LG was no help. They refused to admit there was a problem. This started a couple of months after we purchased it and now a year or so later, no solution. I am really disappointed in LG and will never ever buy an LG product again. I have their dishwasher and stove and I'm also disappointed in them. I have owned quite a few appliances in my life and these are the worst. If anyone knows how to remove the snow from my freezer, I would appreciate it.
