Gr700 Turns Off Screen When Calling

If screen turns off while calling, it can be because of the proximity sensor.

Turn on the speaker during the call and check if the screen still turns off.

if the phone does not have a proximity sensor, you need tp mreset the software.

To reset software you have to reset it from settings.
