Do I Have To Buy Only Ag-s250 Glasses? Or Can I Use Some Univelsal?

According to the LG help site; The 50PZ550 television is only compatible with the AG-S250 model glasses. None of the other LG glasses will be compatible with the 3D technology used in this television. This is from LG's accessories page; the AG-S250's Compatible Models: PZ950, PZ970, PZ550, PW350 (not compatible with Cinema 3D or prior model year) AG-S250- DOWNLOAD PDF. Accordingly it seems that the only compatable glasses are the AG-S250.
