The waste toner container (or box) is built into the process unit. YOU have to replace the process unit(or drum as some people call them). Sometime you can shake the process unit and it will work for a little while longer but it will have to be changed. Make sure you don't throw your toner away if it is good. Remove toner from your old process unit and install in new process unit. You should be good to go.
