I Am Overseas Right Now, Need To Talk With Koodo Urgent !

Before I left Canada, I cancelled my koodo account, this morning I learned that I have received mail saying that I have an outstanding balance !!!! I am in a country where it is not possible to call an 800 number, please give me a solution urgent !
