Rear Door Paper Jam

I have done everything possible for 3 hours to understand the "rear door paper jam"warning. I even used a high pressure air can to clean inside the damned thing. THere is nothing in there?? Is there a problem with the paper tray perhaps that the paper does not feed? The printer worked fine for 1 year and then this started one week ago and i have not been able to use it.
