The Paper Tray Is Stuck And Wont Close

Tip the printer up on it's side.. Back part down.. pull out paper tray as far as it will go.. there should be 2 plastic white pieces.. (about 1" x 1/8") push them in.. your paper tray should slid back in all the way.. hope this works
