Cartridge Problem!

M/C sayes, Black ink cartridge missing or not installed correctly, code 3512. not true, new cartridges installed correctly.

You need to reinstall the cartridge. Follow the instructions at http://support.en.kodak.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1719/selected/true.
