Printer Want Print

Printer feeds paper in ok, ink ok. printer sounds like it's printing but it's just not printing

  • Open the printer access door and clear any obstructions.
  • Check that the printhead and ink cartridges are installed correctly.
  • Remove and reinstall cartridges.

(The printhead and ink cartridges are installed correctly when you hear them click into place.)

  • Make sure you do not overload the paper tray.
  • Make sure the paper in the tray is free of tears or creases.

Restart your printer ' if still unresolved please contact your local dealer for service.
