Why Won't My Scanner Work?
When i try to scan a document, I keep getting the message that it failed to scan to USB computer - why is this happening - my USB cord is installed

there are a couple of things to try one is, if your computer has more than one usb port conectin to another port, the other is if your computer has an auto update feature, go in and restore your computer to the preveious settings. if those dont help then try reinsatalling the scanner drivers
