Toys & Games Page Of Kmart Website Has A Promo Running Toy Clearance Blow Out!

Toy Clearance Blow-out!  Save an additional 50% off already discounted toys.  I have attempted for a week to get clarification on this special.  I am being told that the 50% off is already reflected in the price on the web site.  However, that is not what the promo says...but they have not listed any exclusions or exceptions.  The promo caption takes you to a select number of toys which should be discounted at 50% off but when you check out it does not take off anything.  If you go to the regular price toys that reflect the same thing no change...this is false advertisement  I do not seem to be able to get a answer to my inquiry - has anyone else encountered this possible?
