I bought somes shoes for my wife for christmas and now i lost the receipt...can i still get my money back if it in good condition...

Sorry, but stores will not give you a cash refund without a receipt. K-Mart should give you a credit, though. They will scan the shoe's UPC code and give you a credit for the lowest sales price of the shoes in the last 30 days.

Stores do not give cash refunds without a receipt to discourage shoplifting. They want to make it difficult for the shoplifter to profit from their crime.

According to the Return Policy of Kmart, you may return the item within 28 days of the purchase date. In addition, there is no requirement provided about receipt. You may still return the product as long as it meets the requirements from the return policies. Remember that the following items cannot be returned.

Cosmetics and fragrances
Hosiery
Underwear
Swimwear
Printer cartridges
Bedding accessories (for example, mattress and pillow protectors)
Gift cards
