Where Is The Connector On The Freezer Door For The Water Dispensor?

I have a kitchenaid architect 2 side by side rifrigerator with in door ice and water. When the water is connected to the rifrigerator there is a tubing laying in the condensation evaporator tray that leaks water, and no water comes out of the water dispensor. Examination reveals there is no water tubing going to the freezer door with the dispensor in it. How does water get from the body of the frig to the dispensor?
