Pump Going Out?

I have the kpes100pm. When I push the Espreeso buttton it sounds loud like it should but for a second then just hums and the espresso just tricles out. Was working finr before. Is the pump going out? Ian

It sounds like your machine needs to be descaled. The procedure is outlined in the manual.
